Discipline Policy 06/22/2011 FSBMX Discipline Policy.Because of recent activities by some members of FSBMX the Board of Directors have decided that a discipline policy must be put in place. The first step of the policy is a verbal warning. Second warning is a written warning and final warning will include a six month suspension from FSBMX. Parent Association 04/25/2011 What is the parent association? The parent association is a way for your comments, suggestions, ideas, complaints, praises, etc. to be presented to the board members of First State BMX. Who Is Matt Blawn? Hi, my name is Matt and I have been chosen to head up the parent association for First State BMX. First, a little bit about my self, I am happily married and about to celebrate my ten-year anniversary with my wife. We have two wonderful children (twin 9 year olds) that keep us busy. In addition, I work at Eagle Group in Clayton, Delaware where I have been employed for the last 12 years. During my time of employment at Eagle Group, I have been the Chairman for the Safety Committee and the Employee Committee where I learned some valuable skills about how to represent both sides of the equation (employees and management). Last but not least, I look forward to working with both First State BMX and the parents. I believe that there is no such thing as a stupid question.
